Return & Exchange Policy

Return & exchange requests will be falling under the purview of these limitations:

  1. All return & exchange requests have to be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  2. All return approvals will take 2-4 business days to process.
  3. Refund will be initiated once the returned item reaches our warehouse & we have done a quality check. The refund once initiated will take 3-4 business days to reflect on the customer’s bank account.
  4. In order to get a full refund, you have to return the product in original condition with product tag and safe packaging without any damage. In all other cases Technosport reserves the right to not refund.
  5. In case of damaged item that might have been delivered, the customer has to raise return request by submitting proof of the damage.
  6. You have to submit the order invoice to the pickup person for proof of purchase.
  7. Products which mentioned “Not eligible for Return/Exchange” in the product page are not eligible for return or exchange or replacement.
  8. Gifts, clearance sale items and promotional products are not eligible for return.
  9. Refunds cannot be initiated in purchases made using giftcards, loyalty points as payment mode.
  10. Original shipping cost will be deducted from Return amount.
  11. An item which has been delivered as part of an exchange request cannot be returned.
  12. If the order mode is Cash on Delivery (COD), the customer may raise the return request and mention the mode of payment for getting the refund back. The customer will be responsible for the bank/UPI information filled while raising the return.

Order Cancellation

  1. You can cancel an order by raising the cancel request on order summary page.
  2. All orders can be cancelled before the item is dispatched. Cancel requests cannot be raised or approved once the item is dispatched.
  3. If the order mode is prepaid you will get a refund within 7-10 working days to your bank account or to the source payment mode.
  4. Coupon code value, loyalty points & products discount value are non refundable for cancelled orders and returned items.
