Journey of Technosport

2007 - Started with a small office of 5 employees. Launched the Brand in some parts of India.

2009 - Started garment manufacturing by sourcing fabrics from North & West India.

2012 - Started Sourcing fabrics From Taiwan & China.

2014 - Started Own Fabric Manufacturing in India. Created sustainability and social development goals.

2015 - Consolidated fragmented distribution chain and built a lean and efficient distribution chain across India.

2016 - Forged Global collaborations for technology, research, and raw materials with global leaders.

2019 - Shifted to the new state of the art factory with improved dynamics and enhanced work culture.

2020-21 - Emerged as market leader in value active wear/athleisure segment. Launched the Techno sport brand in South Africa and UAE.

2022 – Setup Our Corporate office in Bangalore.

Infrastructure plays a vital role in the development of any organization and attainment of the organizational goals.

We have established a state-of-the-art infrastructure, well equipped with the latest technology machines and equipment that support us in designing and tailoring different products with supreme efficiency and finishing. To carry out obstacle-free operations, we have divided our infrastructure into different units of manufacturing, yarn to fabric Processing, Cutting and Dispatch division, engraving & printing division, Sewing & Packing Division, Finally Sales & Distribution. Our entire infrastructure is set up to carry out all the operations with ease and efficiency.

Knitting Division

A state-of-the-art circular knitting facility with a capacity of 12 Tons high quality technically rich fabrics per day manufacturing various types of fabric from an advanced and a well-known circular knitting machine brand which provides us to meet customers’ requirements and achieve excellence in fabric quality.

Dying Division

With zero effluent plant we not only claim but actually are an environment friendly factory. Our fabrics are dyed in latest technology imported dying machines. Our dying plant plays a major role in the mission of green planet initiative as 97% of our dyed water is recycled and is re used for dying.

Fabric Inspection Division

Fabric Inspection is the systematic observation of fabrics to decide whether it meets: Client’s specification in terms of count/construction, colour, design, measurement specifications, hand/feel, and other specific quality parameters laid down by the clients. We proudly say that all our fabrics are inspected and verified for any defects before going into production to save major cost.

Cutting Section

The first stage in the manufacturing of garments is cutting. We have a state of art cutting division with a capacity of >40 thousand garments per day.

Printing Section

Our printing section is equipped with Latest Japanese technology fusing machines. We have best in class and highly precision CNC engraving machine to make high quality error free heat transfer vinyl stickers.

Stitching Section

Our sewing unit stitches 40k+ garments a day and is equipped with more the 2000 Latest garment sewing machines which have been imported from major companies such as Pegasus, Brother and Juki.


Packaging plays a major role in the sales and distribution of garments. All our packaging is sourced from leading vendors around the world. Also keeping in mind of sustainability we design the packaging in such a way which could be re used in day-to-day activities. Our pouches are food grade so it could be re used.

Quality & Compliance

Techno Sport believes in quality assurance rather than quality control. This belief of ours, powers our enthusiasm and proactiveness in taking necessary steps for quality assurance. We have well trained staffs to find, analyse and correct the mistakes arising in the garments. All our products are passed by an industry leading third party quality assurance company who sees that no defects are being passed on to our customers.

Sales & Distribution

Our products are well distributed across India with deep penetration in many small towns. We have our global presence in South Africa, Dubai, Malaysia & Singapore. We have standard sale policy which eliminates all the middle agents so that the benefits could be passed on to the end consumers.
