5. Account and Registration

If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities carried out through your account.

We also endeavour to provide applicable country-of-origin and other mandatory product information as required by law.

6.2 Pricing

The total amount payable, including applicable taxes and mandatory charges, together with applicable delivery or other charges, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

If a Product is listed at an incorrect price due to a genuine pricing, technical or product-information error, TechnoSport may, before dispatch:

An incorrect price will not be used to alter the price of an order that has already been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be available and the order will be governed by the applicable Return & Refund Policy.

17. Fraud Prevention and Website Security

TechnoSport uses reasonable, risk-based measures to detect and prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised activity.

Potential indicators of misuse may include:

• Misuse or unauthorised stacking of promotional codes.

23. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

23.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

23.2 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the grievance redressal process within the applicable period, it may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, subject to the rights and remedies available to consumers under Applicable Law.

The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with Applicable Law.

The proposed seat and venue of arbitration shall be Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

23.3 Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms restricts any statutory rights available to a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other Applicable Law.

A consumer may approach the appropriate consumer dispute redressal commission having jurisdiction in accordance with Applicable Law.

23.4 Interim Relief

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a competent court where legally permissible.

24. Miscellaneous

24.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Cancellation Policy and applicable Product-specific terms, constitute the agreement between you and TechnoSport regarding your use of the Website.

24.2 Changes to These Terms

TechnoSport may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, business practices, Products or Services.

Where required by Applicable Law, material changes may be communicated through appropriate means.
